Registration
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the ICP 2021 Conference will be organized in a virtual format. Therefore, the registration fees have been adapted. In order to offer reduced registration fees to non-contributing participants, abstract handling costs are charged separately.

Registration fees include:
- Access to the virtual platform and to all sessions during 1 week
- Access to all the interactive tools and chat functions available on the platform
- Access to the recorded sessions, for one month after the conference (subject to speakers' authorisation)
- Electronic materials / hardware and software needed to attend the online conference
- Personal insurance
CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation after your online registration is completed. The confirmation email will contain a summary of your registration (registration type, amount and payment details).

Payment Terms
Full prepayment is required before the conference.
Payments are possible by credit card.
Final invoice will be sent upon request and only after the conference.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
All changes must be addressed to the Conference Secretariat in writing (icp2021@kuoni-congress.com)
No refunds will be processed for any cancellations.
Participants can transfer their registration to someone else, if they cannot attend. This can be done by writing to the Conference Secretariat before 21 June 2021.

We inform you that your personal data will be added to the Organization's database for information related to ICP conferences. By filling the application form, you authorize the Organization and Kuoni Congress to use your personal data for the mentioned purposes. Kuoni Congress is a serious congress services provider respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information that we handle. All personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in the light of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
To exercise your right to access, rectify and delete this information, contact the Congress Secretariat.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT
ICP is committed to support participants from low income countries by offering financial support to enable them to attend the conference. Each application will be reviewed by the Local Organizing Committee and decisions will be communicated individually by email. The number of grants will depend on the number of applications, their profile and the support from our sponsors.Financial support is primarily, but not necessarily exclusively, aimed at supporting master and PhD students, as well as early career researchers from countries with lower income.
Participants from low income countries who wish to submit a financial support application will be asked to provide the following information:
- Personal data:
- Position in the affiliation
- Short CV & cover letter
- Copy of the abstract submitted for the conference
- Letter/Statement from a departmental head (confirming that the institution cannot afford the registration fee)
The financial support includes: registration to the virtual conference and abstract handling fee.
Deadline for financial support application is 17 May 2021.
Participants applying for a financial support should not register to the conference. Please wait to receive your acceptance/rejection before registering.
Kindly note that if you decide to withdraw your abstract, your financial support will then be cancelled.
In order to apply, please submit first your abstract and then proceed with the financial support application.
Note: incomplete files will not be taken into consideration. Make sure to send full applications.
