OnAir: The Virtual Platform

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ICP will go virtual this year!

The good news is that all attendees will be able to join the event from anywhere in the world. The virtual format will offer the same content as a physical conference, however with many new opportunities.

Amongst many other features, the OnAir virtual platform allows the following options:

Virtual sessions: all presentations will be given live with interactions opportunities such as live Q&A, live polls and discussion forums. Delegates will be able to take notes, export them and filter sessions.

Exhibition area: as per a physical conference, sponsors will showcase their products and services at their booth in the exhibition area. Engage with them through video calls, live chat and Meeting hub. Download their brochures, flyers and videos.

Networking groups: specific virtual functions will be created to allow delegates to meet and exchange ideas.

e-Posters: abstract submitters will be able to download and present their posters in the virtual poster area. As per a physical meeting, participants can view presenter bios, click into a presentation of interest, download the handouts and chat with authors.

Live support: experiencing a technical issue with the platform? No worries, the Kuoni Congress team will be connected all time during the conference hours to answer your questions and provide virtual presenters and attendees with technical support using live chat and video calls through the event.
