Abstract Submission

The Local Organizing Committee welcomes online submissions written in English language. The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts and notice for acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author.

Abstract submission deadline for oral presentations 16 April 2021
Abstract submission deadline for poster presentations 3 May 2021
Abstract notification (rejection/acceptance) 21 May 2021 (by email)

Please Note: That the submission for the oral presentation is closed right now. You can only submit the abstract for the poster presentation.

  • The abstract must be written in English. It should be brief and concise.
  • The abstracts should not exceed 700 words and cannot contain figures or tables.
  • The title should be short and informative, with a maximum length of two lines.
  • The body of your abstract should have a minimum of 50 words.
Note that an abstract handling fee of CHF 50.- (VAT included) will be charged for every submitted abstract.
